I received an email saying my credit card is about to expire, what do I do?
If the default credit card on your account is expiring soon, you will receive an automated email asking you to update your credit card information. If you receive this email, please follow the steps in this article to update your credit card information.
Sometimes, you may receive this email even if you have recently paid, updated your card, or are otherwise up to date. This may happen because your expired or soon-to-expire credit card is still listed as the "default" card on the account. If this is the case, please follow the steps in the article linked above to either delete the obsolete credit card or update your billing settings to make a new card the default payment method on file.
