Free Trial Expiration/Extending Your Trial

After your 14-day free trial expires, you will not be able to edit the content or design of your website. Your dashboard will show the next steps you can take:

You will have options:

  1. Purchase your website - simply click on the Upgrade your site link to choose a monthly or annual plan, then input your payment information.
  2. Request an extension - To request a free trial extension, please email support@livebooks.com

Note: It can take up to two weeks for a trial extension to be processed.

  1. Create a new website - Select Choose a Template to begin creating a new website. You will have a new 14-day free trial for this brand new website as well.
  2. Delete your website - Go to your Account in the gray navigation bar, and select Trial Websites. Select the trashcan icon next to the website you wish to delete. After 120 days of inactivity, your site will be automatically deleted from our system.
