Video Integrations/Add video to your website

You can embed YouTube, Vimeo, and Kickstarter videos into your liveBooks website.

 

YouTube

Embedding Youtube videos is a great way to instantly provide video content to your visitors. In order to embed a Youtube video, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Youtube video you want to embed
2. Below the video, click the Share button.
3. Select Embed
4. Copy the embed code

5. Navigate to your liveBooks Dashboard
6. Select the Content tab
7. Select the page you want the YouTube video on
8. Find a spot for the video and select the green + button
9. Select a Video with text green tile
10. Paste the embed code from Youtube into the embed code field.

Vimeo

1. Head to the Vimeo video you'd like to add to your website

2. Click the Share icon in the upper righthand corner of the video screen

3. In the modal that appears, click into and Copy the Embed code

4. On your liveBooks dashboard, Select Content, click into the content section (page) where you'd like to add the video

5. Select the circular green + button

6. Select the green Video tile

7. Paste the Vimeo code into the Embed code field

8. Select Publish

Kickstarter

1. Head to the Kickstarter project page

2. Beneath the video on the landing page, click the Embed button

3. Copy the code

4. On your liveBooks dashboard, Select Content, click into the content section (page) where you'd like to add the video

5. Select the circular green + button

6. Select the Video green tile

7. Paste the Kickstarter video code into the Embed code field

8. Select Publish
