Update Your Business Type

Update Your Business Type

It's important to match your website to the closest possible organization type defined in schema.org, which is written into your site's HTML on the root element. That gives search engines a big clue as to what the site's all about and sets a context for reading other SEO microdata.

How to set your business type

1. Click on the Settings gear icon in the gray navigation bar.

2. Under Profile, look under your Business Info and modify the Business Type field to match your website with your appropriate industry.
