We are updating our pricing for liveBooks hosting subscriptions. 

This price increase, and plan consolidation, will allow us to streamline our support efforts and maintain current expectations in changing market conditions.

Why is my price increasing?

As market conditions continue to change, our fees associated with hosting and maintaining the platform are increasing. This price increase will cover those rising costs to ensure that the platform continues to operate successfully, and allow us to continuously improve the platform.

 

When will my new price take effect?

Your new pricing will take effect beginning with your subscription's regular renewal date in September. The day of the month of your renewal may vary based on when you signed up - how to find your subscription's billing renewal date in your account dashboard.

 

What if I didn't receive any notices of this increase?

Emails announcing the price increase were sent to the Owner of all liveBooks accounts. If you did not see these emails, please check your spam folder and update your email clients safe sender list. If you would like to update the Owner email address associated with your account, then you can follow these steps to change your site's ownership.

 

What if I don't want to pay this new price?

As your business has grown over the years, you may find that your subscription plan no longer fits your needs. View your current subscription options within your account dashboard to see if there might be a better fit.
