Does EXIF and IPTC data stay embedded in images when I upload them?

While standard Image metadata does not come over when you upload images to the liveBooks editor,  Both Image EXIF metadata and IPTC metadata do.  Both remain embedded into the JPG files themselves and is not stripped on upload. If an image file is downloaded from an LB8 site, all of the metadata is still embedded into the image file, including all EXIF and IPTC data.

EXIF Metadata includes camera info and settings, like camera, make/model, lens type, exposure level, focal length, ISO, etc.)

IPTC metadata includes data usually entered via Lightroom, like Title, Caption, Copyright, Date Created and Keywords.  remains embedded into the JPG files themselves and is not stripped of this data. If an image file is downloaded from an LB8 site, all of the metadata is still embedded into the image file, including all EXIF and IPTC data.
