Add and Format Borders for Content Blocks
Here's how to add a border to a text and/or image block:
1. Select the Content tool in the gray navigation bar.
2. Select the content section/page that contains your image block you want a border on
3. Select the Design editor
4. Select the Page tab in the design panel, on the right side
5. Select your Image or Text title (we are using the 'image' title in this example)

6. Scroll to the bottom, select Border
7. Click every side of the rectangle click box
8. Adjust the attributes of your border (including the color and thickness)
9. Select Save and Publish.
