Add a Domain to Your Dashboard

To add a domain to your liveBooks website:

1. Select the "gear" icon at the top of your page to open the Settings dashboard.
2. Click on Domains at the top of your Settings dashboard.
   
   
3. Click Add Custom Domain on the left-hand side the page. Enter your domain without the www. in front (i.e. livebooks.com), then click Save.
4. Click Add Custom Domain again, but this time, enter your domain name with the www. included (i.e. www.livebooks.com) , then click Save.
   Note: If your domain is already added to another liveBooks site, then you'll see a message saying "This domain name is not available". You will need to remove it from the other site first.
5. Select which version of your domain you'd like to be the "Primary domain" by selecting the toggle switch in the Primary column next to the desired domain.
   
   
6. Click the Activate Domains button on the top-right corner of the page to confirm your domains.
7. Refresh your browser window. If your domains show a DNS Status of "Resolved", then you are all set! If they show "Not Resolved", then you will follow these steps to point your domain to the liveBooks IP address.
