How do I contact customer support?

All liveBooks customers have access to email support. Phone support is limited by your website subscription.





  • For Professional or Custom subscription tier member, feel free to call our support line directly at (888) 546-3751. Please have your Support PIN ready; this allows our Support team to find and access your website dashboard (you can find this under Service & Support on your dashboard, or follow this article for more information.)
  • All other subscription tiers do not have a Support PIN - however, you can still call the Support line to update your subscription's billing or troubleshoot domain issues (a Support PIN is not required for our team access those dashboards).
  • Available Monday - Friday: 8AM - 6PM Central
