Can I gain access to a website site using FTP?

While we allow you to fully manage and design your site, it is not possible to access a liveBooks website site using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). This is due to your website and platform being proprietary to our server, as all content and images are added via blocks and upload fields.

If you wish to save your website's graphics and photos, we recommend pulling the images from your live site by right-clicking and saving them to your desktop. Then, all text content can be copied and pasted into a Word document on your computer or a Google doc on the web.
