With your custom package, you will receive 4 hours of custom design per year, where you will get to work with a dedicated liveBooks designer to add custom features and/or designs to your website. Below are some FAQs covering the process!
How do I start this process?
Once you have purchased your custom package, you will have the ability to submit a design request to our team that details what you’d like done with your website. You will be able to consult with a designer, look at examples of custom sites and features, and determine how you’d like to add unique and beautiful features to your own site.
How much custom design is included?
The custom package includes 4 hours of design work per year, with one of our senior designers. This is enough for most custom website projects, as we have an extensive library of components that can be implemented quickly.
Do I have to use all my hours at once?
No - these hours are to be used throughout the year and can be spread out on different projects.
What happens if I don’t use all the hours one year, will they roll over to next year?
Each custom package comes with an annual allotment of custom design work. Your hours will not roll over to the next year.
What if I need additional design hours?
You are always able to purchase additional hours as add-ons throughout the year. You are also able to use your design hours as an educational experience; a member of our team can work with you to teach you how to make some simple design updates so you can do those on your own in the future.
